I ordered a sympathy dish garden to be sent to my cousin and did not realize she had moved. The plant was left at her vacant home in December and I did not realize it. Unforunately, I also had the wrong cell phone number for my cousin. Ann had left a voice message on the old cell advising the plant was left, unknown to me. When it was discovered that I had given the wrong address over a month later, I quickly called and spoke with both Ann and Sonda. They were absolutely lovely! They promptly shipped a new dish garden to the the new address. God bless them and their business. Their customer service is outstanding. Highly recommend this florist. Thank you both!
